These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including all purchases made from MaskCages (“MaskCages”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.

  1. Eligibility and Use of Website

By accessing or using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian if under 18. You agree to use the website in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not:

  • Use the website for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems; or,
  • Transmit any viruses or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

  1. Product Information and Availability

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, MaskCages makes no warranties that such information is error-free, current, or complete. Product availability, specifications, pricing, and options are subject to change at any time without notice.

  1. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders, or refuse service at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

MaskCages ships both domestically and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, or any events outside our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, available on our website and incorporated by reference.

MaskCages warrants its products against manufacturing defects for a limited period following the date of purchase. This warranty excludes:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modifications;
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage; and,
  • Products customized or painted to customer specifications, except where defective.

All warranty claims require proof of purchase and must comply with our warranty procedure.

  1. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

Warning: Goaltending is a high-risk activity that may result in serious injury or death.

By purchasing or using MaskCages products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use. MaskCages, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the use or misuse of our products.

No product can provide absolute protection from injury. Use is entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for ensuring proper fit, maintenance, and use of all equipment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaskCages disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the MaskCages website, including but not limited to product designs, logos, photographs, graphics, text, and other media, is the intellectual property of MaskCages or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

No content may be reproduced, republished, copied, transmitted, sold, or otherwise exploited without our express written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products following any updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
